Options : Logs and Diagnostics

In this section:

The Options>Logs and Diagnostics category is available by clicking Options and selecting the Logs and Diagnostics tab.

Use this category to collect log data for technical support.

Retrieve Logs

Click Retrieve Logs to create a .zip file with operation logs to send to technical support if you experience problems using the IAR Secure Deploy – Prototyping application that you fail to resolve.

Generate Secure Log

Creates a secure log of IAR Secure Deploy – Prototyping operation failures. If you contact IAR Systems Technical Support over repeated operation failures, you might be asked to generate and submit a secure log to help the support engineers resolve the problem.
